We original felt disappointed when Kenny was so slow in replying us. Finally we understood he is the owner of this company so too busy. After taking the Alisa Premier Cruise has been completely satisfied with our wise choice to book this perfect cruise. Perfect team took a outstanding 5 stars service. With an A+ even for a brand new cruise as they were really surprised us how smooth the service goes every single day from our very first moment being Collected up from Hanoi to the entire trip 2 days 1 night. We would recommend other fellow couple like us to take the Senior Suite on the 2nd floor. What s a nice cabin with an amazing widely window running cross over the entire room. After the trip we were amazed to greet by Mr. Kenny Lee the owner with his personal thank letter and gave us a promise special promotion for our coming trip. Just can't express all of our feeling for this perfect trip to Halong. Absolutely A +++ for this marvelous 5 stars brand new cruise . P/S: Must contact Kenny to secure your booking and good price.

ALISA PREMIER CRUISE IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CRUISE IN HALONG BAY IN 2017 FOR SURE 100% We booked directly via Mr. Kenny Lee and he offered us a great price and best cabin. When visiting Vietnam is a must to visit HaLong Bay, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. If you want to make this cruise unforgettable, you have to choose Alisa Premier Cruise. A very well organized trip from the first moment that the luxury shuttle bus picks you up from your hotel till the last detail. A well designed schedule full of activities, such as kayaking, pearl farm visiting, cooking class, squid fishing and cave hiking, gives you the opportunity to enjoy every part of the trip. Not forget to mention the food, where you can taste a huge variety of local cooking with meat and seafood, having a lunch, a dinner, a breakfast and a brunch in less than 24hours, that's a lot of food. All the crew members are very kind, polite, with great enthusiasm to help and service you all the time. They even get photos of you in some activities and the next day you have them posted in your email!!!! Congratulations!!! Keep up with the good work.

For sure nothing to be claimed for Alisa Premier Cruise

Fantastic cruise!! Everything about it was great! It really is worth spending the extra and booking this cruise! The boat we were on was only 2 weeks old as they are refurbishing the one in the photos. It was beautiful! All the staff were so helpful and did everything to make our stay extra special. We had Robert as our tour guide and he did such a fantastic job! He was full of energy and always coming over to us to make some we were happy and comfortable. For our experiences Alisa Premier Cruise mus the best 5 star cruise in Halong bay in 2017. Contact Mr. Kenny Lee for much better price and special take care

Internet is slow but it is the case for all other boats in Halong bay because they can not use the cable on the boat.
